摘要
Cr12钢冲压凹模经1020℃淬火和220℃低温回火处理,在使用过程中,冲压凹模发生了崩刃现象。为此,对Cr12钢冲压凹模的热处理工艺进行分析,测定不同温度淬火和回火后的硬度和冲击韧性,分析了其组织和性能的变化,以便确定出最佳的热处理加热温度。结果表明,1020℃淬火后硬度高,但韧性低,是导致凹模崩刃的主要原因。而在980℃淬火可以获得较高的硬度以及良好的韧性。建议采用980℃淬火和220℃低温回火处理,可以获得硬度和韧性的合理配合,满足冲压凹模的性能要求,减少该凹模的崩刃现象,提高其寿命。
The stamping die of Cr12 steel was quenched at 1020 ℃ and tempered at low temperature at 220 ℃. In the process of using, the punching die has the tipping phenomenon. Therefore, the heat treatment process of Cr12 steel stamping die was analyzed. The hardness and impact toughness after quenching and tempering at different temperatures were determined. The change of microstructure and properties was analyzed to determine the optimum heating temperature of heat treatment. The results show that, after quenching at 1020 ℃, the hardness is high, but the toughness is low, which is the main cause of die collapse. High hardness and good toughness can be obtained by quenching at 980 ℃. It is suggested that a reasonable combination of hardness and toughness can be obtained by quenching at 980 ℃ and low temperature tempering at 220 ℃, which can meet the performance requirements of the die, reduce the tipping phenomenon and prolong the life of the die.
