摘要 [目的]比较传统教学、云课堂和混合式教学方式的优缺点,探讨提高学生学习主动性、参与度和深度的教学方法。[方法]通过比较医学检验技术专业学生中开展传统教学、云课堂和混合式教学的情况,以在线课程数据统计、在线问卷等方式,调查传统教学、云课堂和混合式教学中教与学的优缺点,分析不同教学方式下,学生自主学习时长、师生讨论互动、过程性评价维度以及学生成绩的变化,寻求适合新时代大学生教学的模式。[结果]传统教学方式教师主导、有仪式感,云课堂学生利用碎片化时间具有优势,而混合式教学使学生获得学习资源的渠道增加、自主学习时间的延长、互动参与度有明显的优势,其线上平时成绩的评价实时、客观,线上线下结合以任务驱动、多维度评价方式促进学习成绩提高。[结论]与传统教学、云课堂相比,混合式教学拓宽了教学途径,增加了学习资源,改善了评价维度,能够促进学生自主学习,有效提升了学习的深度和广度。 [Objective]To compare the advantages and disadvantages of Traditional Teaching, Cloud Classroom and Hybrid Teaching methods, and explore teaching methods to improve students’ learning initiative, participation and depth.[Methods] To investigate the advantages and disadvantages of teaching and learning in Traditional Teaching, Cloud Classroom and Hybrid Teaching among students majoring in Medical Laboratory Technology by means of online course data statistics and online questionnaire, analyzes the length of students’ autonomous learning, the interaction between teachers and students, the dimension of process evaluation and the change of students’ achievement under different teaching methods, and seek the mode suitable for the teaching of college students in the 21 st century. [Results]The Traditional Teaching method is teacher-led and ceremonial, the Cloud Classroom students have the advantage of using fragmented time, while the Hybrid Teaching has obvious advantages in increasing the channels for students to obtain learning resources,prolonging the autonomous learning time and interactive participation. The online and offline combination of the Traditional Teaching and task-driven method,and multi-dimensional evaluation promote the improvement of academic performance.[Conclusion]Compared with the Traditional Teaching and the Cloud Classroom, the Hybrid Teaching broadens the teaching way, increases the learning resources, improves the evaluation dimension, promotes the students’ autonomous learning, and effectively enhances the depth and breadth of learning.
