摘要 目的探讨高压氧的治疗时机对急性脑梗死伴糖尿病患者的疗效及对血清簇集蛋白(CLU)、抵抗素及可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)指标的影响分析.方法选取本科收治的80例2型糖尿病伴急性脑梗死患者(均给予高压氧治疗),依据治疗时机差异,分成研究及对照组(每组40例),其中研究组(发病后12 h内行高压氧治疗)和对照组(发病后12 h~7 d内行高压氧治疗),比较其临床疗效等差异.结果治疗后研究组神经功能缺损评分量表(NSS)评分比对照组明显改善(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组临床总有效率(95.0%)高于对照组(75.0%)(P<0.05);治疗后研究组相关血清指标均比对照组明显改善(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者脑电图评定正常及轻度异常占比明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论2型糖尿病并发急性脑梗死(ACI)患者发病后12 h内行高压氧治疗,更有利于恢复其神经功能,并可改善预后,值得临床推广应用. Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on patients with acute cerebral infarction and diabetes and its influence on cluster protein(CLU),resistin and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-l(sICAM-1).Methods A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes and acute cerebral infarction(all given hyperbaric oxygen therapy)admitted to our department were divided into a study and a control group(40 cases in each group)according to the difference in treatment time.Among them,the study group(hyperbaric oxygen was administered within 12 hours after onset)Treatment and the control group(Hyperbaric oxygen treatment within 12h-7d after the onset),compare their clinical efficacy and other differences.Results After treatment,the NSS score of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the study group(95.0%)was higher than that of the control group(75.0%)(P<0.05);After treatment,the relevant serum indicators of the study group were significantly improved than those of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the proportion of patients in the study group with normal EEG assessment and mild abnormality was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy for patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with acute cerebral infarction(ACI)within 12 hours after the onset of onset is more conducive to restoring their neurological function and improving the prognosis.It is worthy of clinical application.
