武警手术方舱麻醉药材模块化初探

Preliminary study on anaesthetic medicinal materials modularization in operation shelter of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force

目的制定武警手术方舱麻醉药材模块,提高方舱医院的整体救治效率.方法根据临床工作实际,结合紧急医学救援特点,对麻醉药材进行筛选分类,按照麻醉方法和急救复苏所需制定药品模块,根据手术方舱麻醉设备所需制定耗材模块.结果经过筛选分类,共制定全身麻醉、椎管内麻醉、神经阻滞及急救复苏4类药材模块.结论武警手术方舱麻醉药材模块可迅速、精准地完成药材筹备,显著缩短出队时间,提高方舱医院的整体救治效率.

Objective To develop anaesthetic medicinal materials module in operation shelter of the Chinese people's Armed Police Force,so as to improve the overall treatment efficiency of the shelter hospital.Methods According to the clinical practice,combined with the characteristics of emergency medical rescue,the anaesthetic medicinal materials were screened and classified,and the anesthetics module was developed according to the anesthesia method and emergency recovery needs,and the consumables module was developed according to the requirements of anesthesia equipment in operation shelter.Results After screening and classification,four kinds of medicinal material modules were developed,including general anesthesia module,spinal anesthesia module,nerve block module and emergency resuscitation module.Conclusion The anaesthetic medicinal materials modularization in operation shelter of the Chinese people's Armed Police Force can quickly and accurately complete the preparation of the medicinal materials,significantly shorten the start off time,and improve the overall treatment efficiency of the shelter hospital.
