第21届"世界灾害与急救医学大会"学术活动的文献分析

Literature analysis on the academic activities of the 21^(st) World Congress on Disaster and Emergency Medicine

目的对第21届"世界灾害与急救医学大会"学术活动进行文献分析,为我国灾害救援医学的深入发展提供参考.方法根据会议资料归纳总结分析本次大会的议题、主要学术活动的汇报人次及场次,第1作者和第1署名单位的分布,并与前两届会议进行比较.结果本次大会有效议题37项,口头汇报、展板汇报和专题讨论累计68场次,口头汇报和展板汇报累计为517人次.第1作者共399名,来自41个国家.第1署名单位共255个.参加学术活动人次≥6的单位为11个,累计学术活动109人次,占总人次数的21.08%.各类院校和各类医疗机构是灾害救援医学的创新主体,他们参会人次数(百分比)分别为288(55.71%)和77(14.89%).结论结合前两届文献分析的结果,可以看出国家创新主体主力基本成型,大会东道国效应明显、周边学术辐射效应明显.灾害救援医学机构创新主体结构尚不稳定,学科还处于发展阶段.跨学科整合的研究占比不大.我国灾害救援医学的国际化研究取得了一些进步,还需要各方共同努力,推动学科向纵深发展.

Objective To analyze the academic activities of the 21sl World Congress on Disaster and Emergency Medicine,and to provide a reference for the further development of disaster relief medicine in China.Methods The topics of the congress,the frequency of the academic activities,the first authors and their affiliated institutions were analyzed.Results The congress had 37 valid topics,under which 68 academic activities were held.Oral presentation and poster presentation totaled 517.There were 399 first authors coming from 41 countries.11 institutions contributed 6 or more reports separately,with a sum of 109(21.08%to the total).Universities and medical institutions were main innovation subjects of disaster medicine.The number of their presentations(%)were 288(55.71%)and 77(14.89%)respectively.Conclusion Combined with the results of literature analysis of previous two meetings,it can be seen that the main body of innovation(country entity)consists of several countries,the host country effect and academic radiation effect can be seen obviously.The structure of innovation(institution entity)is not stable,and the disciplines are still on the development stage.The proportion of papers on interdisciplinary integration is small.China has made some progress in this congress,but lots of work need to be done to develop disaster medicine.
