Medical assistance system,as a special assistance system to solve the basic medical problems of needy people,plays a fundamental role in the multi-level medical security system.By combing the current situation of China’ s medical assistance system in fund raising and overall planning level,itexplores and aims at the function limitation dilemma of the medical assistance system,and puts forward some optimization suggestions,such as accurately and dynamically managing the assistance objects,adjusting the financing structure of governments at all levels,strengthening fund supervision,actively draining social funds,steadily improving the overall planning level,exploring the independent treatment list of medical assistance,and moving forward the assistance gateway.
