翻译诗学:一个学科关键词考察

Poetics of Translation:An Epistemological Survey of a Keyword in TS

翻译诗学是一个常用但语义模糊的翻译研究关键词。对它的使用有5个原型模式,即翻译诗学等于诗歌翻译理论、一般文学翻译理论、意识形态与诗学的双重变奏、诗学即政治、后现代创作/翻译话语。一方面,翻译诗学在隐喻层面上指称某种翻译话语;另一方面,它靠近后现代主义,贴近语言本体。研究为日后对这一概念的使用准备了认识论基础。

The term of poetics of translation has become a key word in translation studies,frequently used but often with blurred semantic boundaries.The present paper aims to account for its discursive formation,summarize its typology and analyze its epistemological trajectory.There are five archetypal research models,which involve different understanding of it as poetry translation theory,general translation theory of literature,dual-configuration of ideology and poetics,poetics as politics and post-modern discourse on creation/translation.The five archetypes develop their own genealogies.On the one hand,the concept of poetics of translation tends to be employed in metaphorical sense;on the other hand,the concept embraces postmodernism,highlighting its closeness to language itself.To conclude,this paper offers a solid base for future study of applying the concept in different enterprises.
