摘要
针对复杂重型装备制造在智能化、个性化以及可靠性等方面的问题,分析了复杂重型装备智能化转型面临的挑战,并建立了基于数字孪生模型的复杂重型装备个性化协同制造模式。提出了实现智能化转型路径需要从建立数字孪生的建模及仿真平台、建立工业数据收集与管理系统、进行各维度的高度集成、开发数字孪生的教育和培训体系等四个方面推行数字孪生技术。对复杂重型装备的智能制造具有一定的启发意义。
In response to the problems of intelligence,personalization and reliability in the manufacturing of complex heavy equipment,the paper analyzes the challenges of intelligent manufacturing of complex heavy equipment.Then,a customized and collaborative manufacturing mode for complex heavy equipment based on the digital twin model is proposed.Lastly,the study presents the method for complex heavy equipment manufacturers to implement intelligent manufacturing from the following four steps,namely establishing the modeling and simulation platforms of digital twin,building industrial data collecting and analyzing systems,highly integrating and developing education and training systems for digital twins.The study has certain enlightening significance for the smart manufacturing of complex heavy equipment.
