摘要
智能化成为工业领域的发展趋势,对于钢厂,实现智能化炼钢能加强工厂管理、降低生产漏洞和成本,同时提高生产效率。温度控制作为LF精炼中重要的操作,直接影响精炼质量和整个炼钢生产线的冶炼效率。通过对温度变化因素深入探究,建立基于机器学习算法的钢水温度预报模型,准确预测钢水温度,利于LF智能化精炼系统建立。
Intelligence has become a development trend in the industrial field.For steel mills,achieving intelligent steelmaking can strengthen plant management,reduce production loopholes and costs,and improve production efficiency.As an important operation in LF refining,temperature control directly affects the refining quality and the smelting efficiency of the entire steelmaking production line.Through in-depth exploration of temperature change factors,a molten steel temperature prediction model based on machine learning algorithms is established to accurately predict molten steel temperature,which is conducive to the establishment of an LF intelligent refining system.
