基于CFD的非对称喷雾蒸发冷却器的工艺设计

摘要 蒸发冷却器技术是实现炼钢转炉一次除尘系统烟尘减排节能新兴技术。本文分析了攀钢钒炼钢厂120 t半钢炼钢转炉一次除尘系统中蒸发冷却器的工艺参数和生产条件,结合工艺技术路线、工厂物理结构、能源介质、半钢炼钢烟气特征等多重边界条件,采用CFD流体软件设计技术进行方案构建与比选,从经济性和可靠性方面比选方案并工程化,创新地解决了蒸发冷却器“湿壁”的行业难题,实现了优于减排节能的技术经济指标,也为同类转炉一次除尘的技术升级提供了参考。 Evaporative cooler technology is a new key technology to reduce smoke and dust emission and save energy in primary dedusting system of steel-making converter.Based on the analysis of the process parameters and production condition of evaporative cooler of the primary dedusting system for 120 t semi-steel converter in Vanadium Recovery and Steelmaking plant Steelmaking Plant,and combined with multiple boundary conditions such as technological route,physical structure of the plant,energy medium and smoke characteristics of semi-steel steelmaking,CFD fluid software was used to design the dedusting system.The scheme construction and comparison of design technology solved the industry problem of wet wall for evaporative cooler innovatively from the aspects of economy and reliability.It achieved the technical and economic indexes superior to emission reduction and energy saving,and also provides an effective reference.
