摘要
拼焊板冲压技术是当前汽车轻量化的重要措施之一,该技术的应用可以减轻车重、降低成本、减少污染,目前广泛应用在汽车工业的生产中。本文针对铝合金拼焊冲压技术中涉及到的拼焊工艺进行了介绍,针对铝合金板材拼焊板的冲压性能、影响因素以及现有研究进展进行了分析,最后介绍了拼焊板冲压技术在汽车行业的应用现状以及未来发展前景。
Tailor welded blank stamping technology is one of the important measures of automobile lightweight.The application of this technology can reduce vehicle weight,cost and pollution,and is widely used in the production of automobile industry.This paper introduces the tailor welded blank stamping technology of aluminum alloy,analyzes the stamping performance,influencing factors and existing research progress of tailor welded blank of aluminum alloy,and finally introduces the application status and future development prospect of tailor welded blank stamping technology in automobile industry.
