火炬树的化感作用对荆条种子萌发的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 以火炬树(Rhus typhina L.)和荆条(Vitex negundo L.var.heterophylla)为试验材料,采用不同类型水浸提液(火炬树叶、根、根际土壤和荆条根际土壤)处理荆条种子,设置25,50,100,200 g·L^(-1)4个质量浓度,并用蒸馏水对照,通过测定荆条种子发芽率、发芽势、苗长3项指标并分析化感效应指数RI累加值,进而探讨火炬树对荆条的化感抑制作用.结果表明:浓度200g·L^(-1)的火炬树土壤水浸提液RI累加值最大,为0.912,促进作用最显著.浓度100,200 g·L^(-1)火炬树根水浸提液和四种浓度的火炬树叶水浸提液RI累加值最小,表现出强烈的抑制作用.从化感综合效应看出,火炬树各部位水浸提液对荆条化感作用抑制性由强到弱的顺序为火炬树叶、根、根际土壤、荆条根际土壤. Rhus typhina L.and Vitex negundo L.var.heterophylla are used as experimental materials.By comparing different types of water immersion(Rhus Typhina root,Rhus Typhina leaves,Vitex Negundo soil,Rhus Typhina soil)under different concentrations(25,50,100,200 g·L^(-1)),we can get three index of Vitex Negundo,including germination rate,germination energy and length of seedling,and analysis the RI accumulation value of four types water immersion to Vitex.Conclusion:Among them,RI accumulation value under Rhus Typhina soil solution with concentration of 200 g·L^(-1) is the largest which is 0.912 and promoting effect is the most obvious.RI accumulation value under Rhus Typhina root with concentration of 100 g·L^(-1) and 200 g·L^(-1) and four concentrations of Rhus Typhina leaves solution,is the smallest.The inhibition effect is the most obvious.Allelpathic inhibition effect of the leach liquor from various parts of Rhus Typhina on Vitex negundo from strong to weak is Rhus Typhina leaves,Rhus Typhina root,Vitex soil,Rhus Typhina soil.
