ICU护士对气管插管患者实施身体约束意向量表的修订及信度效度检验

Revision and psychometric testing of the Theory of Planned Behaviour questionnaire to assess critical care nurses'intention to use physical restraints in intubated patients

目的:翻译并修订ICU护士对气管插管患者实施身体约束意向量表,对修订后的量表进行信度和效度评价。方法:采用Brislin翻译模式进行直译和回译;邀请6名专家对翻译后的量表进行修订并进行内容效度评价;采用便利抽样法对杭州市3家三级甲等医院的485名ICU护士进行调查,评价量表的信度和效度。结果:中文版量表包含4个分量表共计35个条目。探索性因子分析共提取4个公因子,累积方差贡献率为65.536%。各分量表条目水平的内容效度指数为0.83~1.00,量表水平的内容效度指数为0.90,Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.826、0.934、0.876和0.501,组内相关系数分别为0.935、0.940、0.925和0.926(均P<0.01)。结论:中文版ICU护士对气管插管患者实施身体约束意向量表在我国文化背景下具有良好的信度和效度,可作为评估ICU护士对气管插管患者实施身体约束意向的工具。

Objective:To translate and revise the Theory of Planned Behaviour questionnaire to assess critical care nurses'intention to use physical restraints in intubated patients(PR-TPB)into Chinese,then to assess the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of PR-TPB.Methods:The Brislin translation model was used for literal translation and back translation.Six experts were invited to revise the translated scale and evaluate the content validity.Totally 485 critical care nurses from three tertiary grade A general hospitals in Hangzhou were recruited and investigated using general information questionnaire and the Chinese version of PR-TPB by convenient sampling,and its reliability and validity were assessed.Results:The Chinese version of PR-TPB included 4 subscales and 35 items in total.Four common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 65.536%.The I-CVI was 0.83-1.00 and the S-CVI was 0.90.Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.826,0.934,0.876 and 0.501 respectively,and the test-retest reliability was 0.935,0.940,0.925 and 0.926 respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion:The Chinese version of PR-TPB has good reliability and validity,which can be used as a tool to assess critical care nurses’intention to use physical restraints in intubated patients.
