摘要
目的:调查抗击新冠肺炎一线的医护人员替代性创伤现状并分析其影响因素。方法:采取便利抽样法,于2020年1—3月间选取8所河南省三级甲等医院的165名医护人员为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、救助者替代性创伤问卷(VTQ)、中文版多伦多述情障碍量表、领悟社会支持量表进行调查。结果:抗击新冠肺炎一线的医护人员VTQ得分为(75.36±19.85)分,替代性创伤的发生率为4.2%。多元回归分析结果显示,工作年限、文化程度、日均工作时间、是否援鄂、是否参加过抗击非典工作、述情障碍得分可影响抗击新冠肺炎一线医护人员替代性创伤水平,可解释总变异的55.6%。结论:抗击新冠肺炎一线的医护人员存在一定比例的替代性创伤,管理者需要重视医护人员替代性创伤的识别与评估。
Objective:To investigate the current status of vicarious traumatization and its influencing factors among medical staff fighting against COVID-19.Methods:A convenience sample of 165 medical staff from eight tertiary grade A hospitals in Henan Province were selected between January and March,2020.A questionnaire including demographic data,Vicarious Traumatization Questionnaire(VTQ),Chinese version of Toronto Alexithymia Scale(TAS-20)and Perceived Social Support Scale were used to collect the data.Results:The average score of VTQ was 75.36±19.85 and the incidence rate of vicarious traumatization was 4.2%.Multiple regression analysis showed that years of work experience,education level,average daily working hours,whether the aid of Hubei,whether to have worked for patients with SARS,and alexithymia scores could affect the level of vicarious traumatization among medical staff fighting against COVID-19,which could explain 55.6% variance of VTQ.Conclusion:There is a certain proportion of vicarious traumatization among medical staff fighting against COVID-19.Managers should pay attention to the identification and evaluation of vicarious traumatization among medical staff.
