Summary of the evidence for exercise training for lung transplant patients

目的:检索并总结肺移植患者运动训练的相关证据,为临床实施肺康复提供参考。方法:应用循证护理的方法,针对肺移植患者的运动训练提出问题,并系统检索相关证据。采用澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心的评价工具,对相关研究进行质量评价、证据提取和总结。结果:共纳入6篇文献,其中指南1篇,随机对照研究5篇。综合成4个维度、16条最佳证据,主要包括肺移植患者运动训练的评估、训练形式、训练强度与持续时间和效果评价。结论:肺移植患者运动训练的最佳证据总结可为临床护士、护理管理者及康复治疗师等提供循证依据。通过应用最佳证据,制定护理措施,科学开展肺移植患者的运动训练,提升护理质量。

Objective:To summarize the relevant evidence of exercise training for lung transplant patients,so as to provide references for clinical implementation of pulmonary rehabilitation.Methods:Evidence-based nursing methods were used.Clinical questions in relation to exercise training in lung transplant patients were raised.Relevant literature was retrieved.Evaluation tools of JBI Evidence-Based Health Care Center were used in quality evaluation,evidence extraction and synthesis.Results:Six studies were included,including one clinical practice guidelines and five randomized controlled trials.The studies were synthesized into 4 dimensions with 16 pieces of best evidence,including evaluation of exercise training,raining form,training intensity and duration,and effect evaluation.Conclusion:The best evidence summary of exercise training for lung transplant patients can provide references for clinical nurses,nursing managers,and rehabilitation therapists.The quality of nursing can be improved by scientifically carrying out the physical rehabilitation in accordance with the best evidence in lung transplant patients.
