心脏术后患者心脏康复依从性现状及影响因素的研究进展

Current status and influencing factors of cardiac rehabilitation compliance in postoperative cardiac patients

心血管疾病是威胁全球人类生命的主要原因之一,不仅影响患者生理和心理,也会加重医疗和社会的经济负担。心脏康复可以减少心血管疾病的危险因素,增强患者的身体素质,减少再入院的可能。但由于受到诸多因素的影响,心脏术后患者的心脏康复依从性较差。因此本文将对心脏术后患者心脏康复依从性现状及影响因素进行综述,以期为提高患者心脏康复依从性提供依据。

Cardiovascular disease is one of the main causes that threaten the human life worldwide.It can also increase the economic burden of medical care and society on the basis of affecting the physiology and psychology of patients.Cardiac rehabilitation can reduce the risk factors of cardiovascular disease,enhance the physical fitness of patients,and reduce the possibility of readmission.However,due to many factors,patients after cardiac surgery have poor compliance with cardiac rehabilitation.Therefore,this paper will present the status quo and influencing factors of cardiac rehabilitation compliance of patients after cardiac surgery,so as to provide the basis for improving the compliance of cardiac rehabilitation.
