Research and design of speed control unit for composite pipeline detector with diameter of 813 mm

摘要 为了进行管径813 mm复合检测器用速度控制单元理论研究及结构设计,利用计算流体动力学理论,建立了速度控制单元降速能力计算模型,仿真分析了不同工况下速度控制单元的降速能力,并通过管径813 mm复合检测器的牵拉测试进行验证。研究表明:设计的管径813 mm复合检测器速度控制单元在一定的管输介质压力(3.4~7.4 MPa)下,介质流速在8~9 m/s范围内,满足设计指标要求的4.7 m/s降速能力。基于计算流体动力学理论仿真分析和试验测试相结合的检测器速度控制单元结构设计方法,对于提升管道内检测器速度控制单元结构研发和设计水平,促进油气管道检测技术进步具有重要的指导意义。 In order to carry out the theoretical research and the structural design of speed control unit for the composite pipeline detector with diameter of 813 mm, a calculation model concerning the deceleration capability of speed control unit was established according to the theory of computational fluid dynamics, and the deceleration capability of the speed control unit under different working conditions was simulated and analyzed, which was verified by the pull test of the composite pipeline detector with diameter of 813 mm. The results show that the designed speed control unit of composite pipeline detector with diameter of 813 mm is capable of reducing the speed at 4.7 m/s as required by the design indicators within the pressure range of(3.4-7.4 MPa) and the flow rate of(8-9 m/s) of medium. Generally, the structural design method of the detector speed control unit combining the simulation analysis based on the theory of computational fluid dynamics and the experimental test is of great guiding significance for improving the structural research, development and design of the detector speed control unit and promoting the progress of the detection technologies of oil and gas pipelines.
