母体维生素D不足或缺乏对妊娠结局和婴儿的影响 被引量:3

摘要 维生素D可通过胎盘母胎界面的维生素D受体起作用,从而对胎盘生长和胎儿发育发挥重要影响。孕妇中维生素D不足或缺乏的情况非常普遍。临床研究显示,维生素D不足或缺乏与妊娠期糖尿病、子痫前期、早产等不良妊娠结局的风险增加相关,而补充维生素D则可能降低上述不良妊娠结局的风险。此外,母体维生素D水平与新生儿的身长、体重等人体测量学参数之间也存在相关性。本文就维生素D不足或缺乏与不良妊娠结局和新生儿人体测量学终点相关性的临床研究进展进行综述。 Vitamin D plays important roles in placental growth and fetal development by acting on vitamin D receptor at the maternal-fetal interface.Vitamin D insufficiency or deficiency is very common in pregnant women.Clinical studies indicated that vitamin D insufficiency or deficiency was associated with an increased risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes,including gestational diabetes mellitus,preeclampsia,and preterm birth,and the risk of these conditions might be reduced by vitamin D supplementation in pregnant women.Moreover,maternal vitamin D insufficiency or deficiency was associated with anthropometric parameters,such as body length and weight of infants.This review mainly discusses the association of vitamin D insufficiency or deficiency with adverse pregnancy outcomes in mothers and anthropometric endpoints in infants.
