基于工程教育专业认证的锻造缺陷分析虚拟仿真实验设计与实践

摘要 对国内高校锻造工艺及模具实验教学的现状进行了分析,在此基础上依托山东大学在“材料塑性成形仿真与模具技术”方面的教学与科研积累,由校企联合开发了一个基于工程教育专业认证的锻造缺陷分析虚拟仿真实验。以培养学生发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力为核心,利用先进的虚拟现实技术,从实验目的、实验方案、实验仪器设备及材料、实验步骤、实验考核要求等方面进行了教学设计,论述了该实验对毕业要求指标点及实验内容对知识点的支撑作用。教学实践表明,学生通过沉浸式交互方式,深化了对锻造工艺常见缺陷类型及其形成原因和抑制方法的理解与认识,提升了学生工程实践能力,实验教学效果突出。 The state of the art in the experimental teaching of forging technology and mould course was summarized.Then a novel virtual simulation experiment for forging defects analysis based on engineer-ing education accreditation was developed through cooperation between college and enterprise,relying on the teaching and scientific research accumulation in metal forming and mould technology in Shan-dong University.The experiment focuses on the training of ability to find,analyze and solve problems for students.The objective,scheme,instruments,equipment,materials,procedure and assessment of the developed experiment were designed depending on the advanced virtual reality technology.Further-more,the supporting effects of both the experiment on the index points of graduation requirement and the experiment content on the relevant knowledge points were discussed.The practice shows that the type,cause of formation and suppression method of the common forging defects can be deepened through the immersion and interactive study.In addition,the ability to engineering practice of students is also strengthened.Thus,the education effect can be well improved by means of the developed virtu-al simulation experiment.
