摘要
随着互联网的快速发展,科研人员对通过网络采购实验原材料的需求愈发迫切。对政策背景和采购情况进行了调查研究,并对现有网络采购平台的特点进行了分析。分析表明现有网络采购平台存在着实验原材料质量参差不齐、小批量采购价格偏高、部分原材料难购买等问题,难以满足具有多品种、小批量、高品质特点的实验原材料采购需求。基于此特点,对实验原材料网络采购平台进行了搭建,主要包括产品系统、买家系统、卖家系统、支付系统和服务系统五个部分。
With the rapid development of Internet,researchers have an increasingly urgent need to purchase experimental raw materials online.The background of national policy and the current procurement situation were investigated and studied,and the characteristics of the existing online procurement platform were analyzed.The analysis shows that the existing online procurement platforms have some problems,such as uneven quality of experimental raw materials,high price of small batch procurement,and difficulty in purchasing some raw materials.Based on this feature,one online procurement platform of experimental raw materials was built,including five parts:product system,buyer system,seller system,payment system and service system.
