双边LCC拓扑抗偏移性能的参数优化 被引量:1

摘要 在传统拓扑的无线电能传输(WPT)系统中,当线圈发生偏移时,线圈间耦合系数会发生显著变化,进而导致系统输出功率的急剧变化。为了解决线圈偏移引起的输出功率不平衡问题,以双边LCC拓扑WPT系统的抗偏移性能为研究对象,提出了一种基于粒子群优化(PSO)算法的补偿网络参数优化的方法。利用两个可自由调节的变量对双边LCC的补偿参数进行优化设计,使系统能够自动调节发射线圈电流,保持相对稳定的输出功率。最后,搭建了1台200 W的实验样机。当线圈侧向偏移达到40%时,输出功率波动比小于10%,整机效率保持在81%以上。 In the traditional wireless power transmission(WPT)system,when the coil is offset,the coil coupling coefficient will change significantly,which will lead to the sharp change of system output power.This problem limits the application and promotion of WPT.In order to solve the problem of output power imbalance caused by coil offset,this paper takes the anti-offset performance of WPT with double-sided LCC topology as the research object,and proposes a method of parameter optimization of compensation network based on PSO algorithm.In this method,two freely adjustable variables are used to optimize the compensation parameters of double-sided LCC,so that the system can automatically adjust the current of transmitting coil and maintain relatively stable output power.Finally,a 200 W experimental prototype is built.When the coil side offset percentage is 40%,the output power fluctuation ratio is less than 10%,and the whole machine efficiency remains above 81%.
