摘要
直流小型断路器(MCB)用于对清洁能源系统和各种直流负载提供过载、短路、过压、欠压等保护。基于直流电路存在临界负载电流和时间常数合理选择等特点,从直流MCB的研制出发,对直流MCB的应用场景进行梳理;结合关键试验的试验情况及试验数据,对其设计原理、结构设计要点、选材、接地方式和发展趋势进行了阐述和分析说明。
DC miniature circuit breaker(MCB)is used to provide overload,short circuit,overvoltage and undervoltage protection for clean energy system and various DC loads.Based on that the DC circuit has the characteristics of reasonable selection of critical load current and time constant,this paper starts from the development of DC MCB,first combs the application scenarios of DC MCB,combining with the test situation and test data of key tests,expounds and analyzes its design principle,structural design points,material selection,grounding mode and development trend.
