建国初期我国卫生防疫实践经验与启示

Practical Experience and Enlightenment of Health and Epidemic Prevention in the Early Days of the People’s Republic of China

新中国成立后,党领导全国人民开展卫生防疫工作并取得显著成就,积累了丰富的卫生防疫经验,其主要经验可以概括为:把卫生防疫当作政治任务,依靠群众开展卫生防疫工作,建立健全卫生防疫体系,多途径参与国际卫生防疫合作,启示我们在卫生防疫工作中,要不断提升党关于卫生防疫的领导力,动员群众积极参与群防群治,持续完善疫情防控救治体系,积极参与国际公共卫生治理。

Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949,the Communist Party of China has been leading Chinese people in carrying out health and epidemic prevention and has reached outstanding achievements,accumulating abundant experience,which can be summarized as regarding health and epidemic prevention as a political task,conducting health and epidemic prevention relying on people’s strength,establishing a sound system of health and epidemic prevention and participating in international cooperation on health and epidemic prevention in multiple ways.All these experiences indicate that we should constantly enhance the Party’s leadership in epidemic prevention,mobilize the people to actively participate in mass prevention and treatment,continue to improve the system of epidemic prevention and treatment,and take an active part in international public health governance.
