摘要
目的通过对西部贫困地区基层医师进行考前培训,提高该地区国家执业(执业助理)医师通过率和岗位胜任能力,并探讨当前西部贫困地区基层医师继续教育中存在的问题,提出解决措施,为西部贫困地区的医疗水平提升提供帮助。方法以贵州省毕节市参加国家执业(执业助理)医师的考生作为研究对象,采用分点小班加录播课程结合腾讯会议答疑形式,通过知识培训、考前咨询、考前答疑等进行考前培训。结果测试成绩及调查问卷显示,培训后的人员成绩有明显的提高且学员满意度较高。结论通过线上模式进行培训可以提高基层医师国家执业(执业助理)医师通过率,但是与传统模式相比单一的线上模式还存在体系不完善等问题。
Objective Through pre-examination training for grassroots doctors in impoverished areas in western China,to improve the pass rate and job competence of national licensed(practicing assistant)doctors in the region,and to explore the current problems in continuing education of grassroots doctors in impoverished areas in western China,and to propose solutions Provide assistance to improve medical standards in impoverished western regions.Methods Taking candidates who participated in the national practicing(practising assistant)physicians in Bijie City,Guizhou Province as the research object,using small-point recording and broadcasting courses combined with Tencent meeting Q&A,through knowledge training,pre-test consultation,pre-test Q&A,etc.to conduct pre-test training.Results Test scores and questionnaires showed that the performance of personnel after training has been significantly improved and student satisfaction is high.Conclusion Training through the online model can increase the pass rate of national practicing(practicing assistant)physicians at the basic level,but compared with the traditional model,the single online model still has problems such as imperfect system.
