摘要
目的探讨大学新生基本心理需要和积极情绪在生活满意度与心理健康之间的链式中介作用。方法采用症状自评量表、基本心理需要量表、生活满意度量表和积极情绪量表对820名大学新生进行调查。结果大学新生生活满意度、基本心理需要和积极情绪之间均为显著正相关,而生活满意度、基本心理需要和积极情绪三者与心理健康之间呈显著负相关;生活满意度分别通过基本心理需要和积极情绪的独立中介作用影响心理健康,还可以通过基本心理需要和积极情绪起链式中介作用。结论大学新生基本心理需要、积极情绪在生活满意度和心理健康之间起链式中介作用。
Objective To explore the chain mediating effect of basic psychological needs and positive emotions on life satisfaction and mental health of freshmen.Methods 820 freshmen were investigated with Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90),Basic Psychological Needs Scale(BPNS),Life Satisfaction Rating Scale(LSR)and Positive Affect and Negative Affect Scale(PANAS).Result There was a significant positive correlation among life satisfaction,basic psychological needs and positive emotions,while life satisfaction,basic psychological needs and positive emotion were significantly negatively correlated with mental health;The life satisfaction affected mental health through the independent mediating role of basic psychological needs and positive emotions,and also through the chain mediating effect of basic psychological needs and positive emotions.Conclusion The college freshmen’s basic psychological needs and positive emotions play a chain mediating role between life satisfaction and mental health.
