翻译目的论视阈下的联络口译外宣实践分析

Research on the Application of Liaison Interpretation for International Publicity from the Perspective of Skopos Theory

随着世界全球化进程的不断加快以及“一带一路”倡议的不断推进,跨国家、跨文化及跨语言的国际交流与合作不断加快,联络口译的实践和应用变得更加频繁。受文化、宗教、价值观等诸多因素的影响,联络口译的译员主体性发挥、口译翻译策略实施等方面尚存在一些不足。本文结合弗米尔的翻译目的论和外宣翻译的相关原则,从语言层面、文化层面和交际层面,对联络口译实践应用进行了探讨,并提出相关意见,为提高联络口译水平,实现信息的有效传递提供一些借鉴。

With the acceleration of world globalization and the continuous promotion of“the Belt and Road”policy,international communication and cooperation across countries,cultures and languages has been accelerating,and the practice and application of liaison interpretation has become more frequent.Influenced by many factors such as culture,religion and values,there are still some deficiencies in the subjectivity of interpreters and the implementation of interpretation strategies.Based on Vermeer’s Skopos theory of translation and relevant principles of international publicity translation,this paper discusses the practical application of liaison interpretation from the perspectives of language,culture and communication and puts forward some suggestions in order to improve the quality of liaison interpretation and realize the effective transmission of information.
