Thoughts on Promoting the Construction of Long-term Mechanism for Animal Disease Eradication

为了实施动物疫病净化,推动动物疫病防控从有效控制到逐步净化消灭转变。中国动物疫病预防控制中心以《规模化养殖场主要动物疫病净化和无害化排放技术集成与示范》项目为抓手,在全国推进动物疫病净化工作。本文介绍了全国动物疫病净化进展情况,并重点从全国动物疫病净化行动、净化评估工作制度、行政许可与监管、宣传指导与示范、部门交流和协作诸要素进行分析,探索建立动物疫病净化长效机制。

In order to implementation of animal disease eradication,promotes animal disease prevention and control to reach elimination instead of effective.China Animal Disease Control Center(CADC)conducts the project of Technical Integration and Demonstration for Major Animal Disease Eradication and Harmless Discharge in Large-scale Farms,promoting the purification of animal diseases in China.This paper introduces the progress of animal disease eradication in the country,analysis focuses on conducting the national animal disease eradication action,establishing assessment system for animal disease eradication,practicing administrative licensing and supervision,launching guidance and demonstration,and strengthening communication and cooperation among departments.For exploring to the form a long-term mechanism for animal disease eradication.
