摘要
目的:研究氨基胍盐酸盐改性的纤维素膜(CMA)抗菌和促进感染创面愈合的作用。方法:使用氨基胍盐酸盐改性纤维素并验证改性效果。将未改性纤维素(C)和胍改性的纤维素(CA)分别制作成膜(即CM、CMA),并进行膜的表征。通过体外抑菌实验验证膜的抗菌性能,CCK8检测膜对成纤维细胞的毒性。构建皮肤缺损大鼠模型,观察CM和CMA对大鼠创面愈合的影响。结果:红外吸收光谱、XPS、TG/DTG均证明了CA成功。XRD、拉伸性能等膜的表征显示,改性不影响C的成膜效果。体外抑菌实验证明了CMA有良好的抑菌作用。CCK8结果显示,CM和CMA处理后的细胞增殖率均在80%以上。动物实验中CMA覆盖的伤口愈合较CM明显。结论:CMA在促进创面修复作用中可显著的抑菌,并促进SD大鼠的感染创面修复。
Objective:To investigate the role of aminoguanidine hydrochloride modified cellulose membrane(CMA)in antibacterial and promoting infected wound healing.Methods:The cellulose was modified with aminoguanidine hydrochloride,and then the modified effect was tested and verified.Unmodified cellulose and guanidine modified cellulose(CA)were prepared into membranes and characterized.The antibacterial effect of the membrane was verified byin vitro bacteriostatic experiments,and the toxicity of the membrane to fibroblasts was detected by CCK8.Animal experiments were conducted to verify the effect of CA membrane on promoting the repair of infected wounds.Results:Infrared absorption spectra,XPS and TG/DTA all proved that CA was successful.The characterization of XRD and tensile properties of the films showed that the modification did not affect the film forming effect of the cellulose.The in vitro antibacterialtests proved that CA membrane had good antibacterial ability.CCK8 results showed that the cell proliferation rate after membranes treatment maintained more than 80%in both groups.In animal experiments,we confirmed that CA membrane promoted the repair of infected wound significantly.Conclusion:Aminoguanidine hydrochloride modified cellulose membrane has enhanced antibacterialcapabilities and can also significantly accelerate the repair ofinfected wounds in SD rats.
