血管介入治疗中、晚期肝癌的研究进展

Research progress of vascular interventional therapy for middle and advanced liver cancer

原发性肝癌是全球第6大常见恶性肿瘤,第4大肿瘤致死病因。近年来,介入治疗逐渐应用于部分中、晚期原发性肝癌的治疗,并且取得良好效果,受到众多医师及学者的认可。特别是随着介入治疗方案及技术的完善,使得肝癌介入治疗的运用更加有效。为了给予患者更好的治疗效果,在治疗过程中需结合患者的自身情况选取最适宜的治疗方式,以达到最佳的治疗效果,该文对目前中、晚期肝癌以血管介入为基础的治疗进展作一综述。

Primary liver cancer is the sixth most common malignancy worldwide and the fourth most common cause of cancer death.In recent years,interventional therapy has been gradually applied in the treatment of some middle and advanced primary liver cancer,and has achieved good results,which has been recognized by many physicians and scholars.Especially with the improvement of interventional therapy program and technology,the application of interventional therapy for liver cancer is more effective.In order to give patients a better therapeutic effect,the most appropriate treatment method should be selected according to the patients'own conditions in the treatment process to achieve the best therapeutic effect.This paper focuses on the current progress of vascular interventional based treatment for middle and advanced liver cancer.
