Design of cold chain logistics transporter for fresh aquatic products

摘要 为解决水产品尤其是活鱼运输过程中粗放运输导致成活率低的问题,设计一种物流运输车。通过容器本体的改进和先进配件的改造来提高运输成活率,通过跟踪系统实现水产品运输过程的实时监控和溯源。结果证明,该种物流运输车能够很好地解决因溶解氧低或者水温高导致运输过程水产品死亡量大的问题。因此,在鲜活水产品运输过程中,除了对运输容器本体进行改进,附属零部件设备和先进软件的配备能够精确把控水产品高质量的运输过程,并且能够实现产品溯源。 In order to solve the problem of low survival rate caused by extensive transportation of aquatic products,especially live fish,a logistics transport vehicle was designed.Through the improvement of container body and the transformation of advanced accessories,the transportation survival rate was improved,and the real-time monitoring and traceability of aquatic products transportation process were realized by tracking system.The results showed that this kind of logistics transporter can well solve the problem of high mortality rates of aquatic products during transportation due to low dissolved oxygen or high water temperature.Therefore,in the transportation process of fresh aquatic products,in addition to improving the transport container body,the accessory parts and equipment and advanced software can accurately control the high-quality transportation process of aquatic products,and can realize product traceability.
