2005-2019年巴中市百日咳病例流行情况分析

Epidemiological Analysis of Reported Cases of Pertussis in Bazhong City From 2005 to 2019

目的分析2005-2019年巴中市百日咳报告病例流行病学特征,旨在为制定有效防控策略提供数据支撑。方法收集2005-2019年巴中市报告的所有百日咳病例资料,分析巴中市百日咳报告病例的流行病学特征,采用SPSS 23.0软件进行卡方检验,检验水准α=0.05。结果 2005-2019年巴中市报告百日咳病例共269例,无死亡病例;巴州区、平昌县报告病例较多;2005-2017年巴中市日咳发病在低水平波动,2018-2019年发病急剧上升,从月分布来看,呈单峰分布,集中度M值为0.42,有一定季节性,为夏季高发;发病人群主要是0岁年龄组的散居儿童。结论巴中市百日咳发病出现上升趋势,与全球、全国发病趋势一致。根据巴中市百日咳发病特点,应加强百日咳病例监测,积极开展免疫查漏补种工作。

Objective The epidemiological characteristics of reported cases of pertussis in Bazhong city from 2005 to 2019 were analyzed to provide data support for the development of effective prevention and control strategies. Methods Data of all cases of pertussis reported in Bazhong city from 2005 to 2019 were collected. The epidemiological characteristics of reported cases of pertussis in Bazhong city were analyzed by SPSS 23.0 for chi-square test, inspection level α=0.05. Results A total of269 cases of pertussis were reported in Bazhong City from 2005 to 2019, no deaths;Bazhou district and Pingchang County had the most reported cases;From 2005 to 2017, the incidence of pertussis in Bazhong City fluctuated at a low level, but it increased sharply from 2018 to 2019.From the perspective of monthly distribution,it showed a single peak,and the concentration degree of M value was 0.42,it had a certain seasonality and the high incidence was in summer;scattered children in 0 age group was the mainly morbidity population. Conclusion The incidence of pertussis showed up trend in Bazhong city,which is consistent with the global and national incidence trends.According to the characteristics of pertussis in Bazhong city,the surveillance of pertussis cases should be strengthened,and the immunization work should be carried out to check and reseed vaccine.
