2015-2019年徐州市医疗机构诊疗用软式内镜清洗消毒效果监测分析

Monitoring and Analysis of Disinfection Effect of Flexible Endoscopes in Health Institutions of Xuzhou City From 2015 to 2019

目的了解徐州市医疗机构诊疗活动用软式内镜(以下简称"内镜")清洗消毒效果状况,分析影响清洗消毒效果因素并提出针对性的预防对策。方法采用GB 15982-2012《医院消毒卫生标准》对2015-2019年徐州市开展内镜诊疗活动的25家医疗机构内镜清洗消毒效果进行采样检测和评价,检测内镜管腔洗脱液细菌含量和致病菌情况,采用SPSS 20.0软件进行χ2检验。结果共采集内镜管腔孔道采样液308份,总合格率为81.49%。总样本不同年份合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。二级医院和三级医院合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在不同类型内镜中,胃镜、肠镜和支气管镜的合格率分别为82.18%、81.54%和78.05%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论徐州市三级医院内镜清洗消毒效果优于二级医院,但消毒质量合格率较低,不容乐观,存在感染暴发的风险,医院及监管部门应采取针对性措施以确保内镜安全。

Objective To understand the cleaning and disinfection effect of flexible endoscope(hereinafter referred to as endoscope)in health institutions of Xuzhou,in order to analyze the factors that affect the cleaning and disinfection effect and propose targeted preventive countermeasures.Methods The endoscopy sampling test and assessment was carried out in health institutions of Xuzhou from 2015 to 2019,according to the Hygienic Standard for Disinfection in Hospitals(GB15982-2012).The study detected the bacterial content and pathogenic bacteria in the eluate of the endoscopic lumen and performed statistical description.chi-square test was used by SPSS 20.0 software.Results A total of 308 samples of endoscope lumen orifices were collected,with a total pass rate of 81.49%.The difference in the pass rate of the total sample in different years was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the pass rate between the secondary hospitals and the tertiary hospitals(P<0.05).Among different types of endoscopes,the pass rates of gastroscope,enteroscope,and bronchoscope were 82.18%,81.54%,and 78.05%,respectively,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The endoscope cleaning and disinfection effect of tertiary hospitals in Xuzhou is better than that of secondary hospitals,but the pass rate of disinfection quality is low,and there is a risk of infection outbreak.Hospitals and regulatory departments should take targeted measures to ensure the safety of endoscopes.
