基于CiteSpace公共卫生应急管理风险沟通研究可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Risk Communication in Public Health Emergency Management Research Based on CiteSpace

目的对2005-2020年国内公共卫生应急管理风险沟通领域的相关论文进行系统的文献计量和可视化分析,探索其发展状况、研究热点及前沿动态,以期为卫生应急管理的风险沟通研究提供参考。方法筛选中国知网数据库(CNKI)中2005-01/2020-05与公共卫生应急管理风险沟通的相关中文文献,利用CiteSpace V软件分析核心作者、研究机构、研究热点及研究进展。结果经筛选后共得到240篇中文文献,分析结果显示,国内研究力量主要集中于政府相关研究机构和高校,机构之间合作较少;分析出的关键词可分为12个聚类并以风险沟通为核心向多个方向发散;更多的研究关注点主要集中于疾病暴发流行后,通过健康传播的手段来缓解公众的担忧和焦虑、减轻或消除社会的恐慌并减少负面影响;从建立沟通机制或信息传播媒介的角度,对风险认知、风险沟通策略的应用、信任问题分析和信息交流进行的研究。结论国内公共卫生应急管理风险沟通研究围绕相关部门对具体风险事件的宏观管理、风险沟通的运用以及对国外相关理论或研究进展的述评与总结;风险信息传播中媒体对公众风险感知的理解和提升的作用以及信任问题分析和沟通策略的实践应用等方面展开,并致力于加强政府风险沟通能力建设。

Objective To perform systematic bibliometric and visual analysis of relevant papers in the field of risk communication of public health emergency management from 2005 to 2020, and explore its development status,research hotspots and cutting-edge trends so as to provide references for future studies on risk communication of public health emergency management. Methods Chinese literature in CNKI database from January 2005 to May 2020 about risk communication of public health emergency management were screened, and CiteSpace V software was used to analyze core authors, research institutions, hotspots, and progress. Results After screening, a total of 240 Chinese documents were obtained. Domestic research is mainly conducted in government-related research institutions and universities, but there is less cooperation between the institutions.The keywords can be divided into twelve clusters and spread in multiple directions with risk communication as the core. Most studies are mainly focused on alleviating public anxiety and anxiety, reducing or eliminating social panic and reducing negative impacts by means of health transmission after disease outbreaks. From the perspective of mechanism or information dissemination media, research on risk perception, application of risk communication strategies, analysis of trust issues and information exchange was conducted. Conclusion Domestic public health emergency management risk communication research mainly focuses on the macro-management of specific risk events by related departments, the use of risk communication, and the review and summary of relevant theories or research progress abroad. The role and analysis of trust issues and the practical application of communication strategies have been launched, and they are committed to strengthening government communication capabilities.
