二陈汤合三子养亲汤治疗痰浊阻肺型老年社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效观察

Observation on the clinical efficacy of Erchen decoction and sanziyangqin decoction in the treatment of Syndrome of turbid phlegm obstructing lung Elder patients with community acquired pneumonia

目的:观察二陈汤合三子养亲汤治疗痰浊阻肺型老年社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例老年患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。两组均给予西医基础治疗,治疗组加服二陈汤合三子养亲汤,分别于治疗前1天和治疗后第7天比较两组患者症候总积分、中西医疗效评价以及有效率。结果:治疗后两组中医症候总积分均降低,两组积分无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组患者的积分差值及中医改善率与对照组相比均存在显著差异(P<0.01);两组总有效率均为100%,但治疗组对咳嗽、痰量、精神状态、食欲、活动能力等中医症候改善率优于对照组(P<0.01);住院时间也有显著差异,治疗组平均住院时间(7.2±1.5)d,对照组为(8.8±1.9)d。结论:二陈汤合三子养亲汤治疗痰浊阻肺型老年社区获得性肺炎临床疗效确切,可缩短住院天数和明显改善患者临床症状。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Erchen Decoction and Sanziyangqin Decoction for treatment of community acquired pneumonia in the elderly with syndrome of turbid phlegm obstructing lung.Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups,60 in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment with Western medicine,and the treatment group was added Erchen Decoction and Sanziyangqin Decoction.The total score of TCM syndromes,the evaluation of Chinese and Western medical effects and the effective rate of the two groups were compared before treatment and the 7th after treatment.Results The total score of TCM syndromes decreased in both groups,but there was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in integral difference and improvement rate between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the two groups was 100%.But the improvement rate of TCM symptoms such as cough,sputum volume,mental state,appetite,activity ability in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.01).Meanwhile,the hospital stay also had significant difference.The average hospitalization time in the treatment group was 7.2±1.5 days,and that in the control group was 8.8±1.9 days.Conclusions Erchen Decoction combined with Sanziyangqin Decoction has definitely clinical efficacy in treating community acquired pneumonia in the elderly with syndrome of turbid phlegm obstructing lung,which can shorten hospitalization days and significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
