摘要
国医大师吕仁和教授擅长中医药治疗肾脏病,并根据多年临证经验,将慢性肾脏病分为早、中、晚三期进行分期论治。猪苓是吕仁和教授临床中最常用中药之一,吕教授应用此药过程中包含了中西合参、治标重本等临床思维,与大多医家常用茯苓或猪苓、茯苓同用的用法有所差异。从吕教授对慢性肾脏病的不同分期出发,体会吕教授应用猪苓的经验。
Professor LYU Renhe,a master of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),specializes in the treatment of kidney disease with TCM.Based on years of clinical experience,he divided chronic kidney disease into three stages:early,middle and late stage.Polyporus Umbellatus is one of the most commonly used traditional Chinese drugs in the clinical practice of Professor LYU Renhe.Professor LYU′s application of this medicine includes the clinical thinking of the combination of Chinese and western medicine,treating symptoms and focusing on the cost,and is different from the common use of Polyporus Umbellatus by most doctors.The paper tries to summarize professor LYU′s experience of applying Polyporus Umbellatus in different stages of chronic kidney disease.
