平衡针联合核心稳定性训练对脑卒中运动功能的影响

Effects of Balance Acupuncture Combined with Core Stability Training on Motor Function of Stroke

目的:探讨平衡针联合核心稳定性训练对脑卒中运动功能的影响。方法:选取2018年3月至2019年4月海南省人民医院收治的脑卒中功能障碍患者112例作为研究对象,按照入院号单双平均分为对照组和观察组,每组56例。对照组给予常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上加用平衡针联合核心稳定性训练,2组均治疗4周,比较2组治疗前后的生命质量、神经毒性损害物质、氧化应激、相关运动能力指标变化情况,以及临床疗效。结果:观察组的显效率(44.64%)和总有效率(89.28%)显著高于对照组的显效率(30.36%)和总有效率(78.57%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗方案在提升患者Fugl-Meyer评分法(FMA)的上肢评分、下肢评分、总评分和Breg量表评分、Brunnstrom量表评分、MRC评分及精力、活动能力、自理能力、肢体功能、工作/劳动、社会角色评分以及降低髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、血清胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、S100B蛋白(S100B)、血清铁调素25(Hepc25)、活性氧(ROS)、晚期氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)、丙二醇(MDA)均有明显优势(P<0.05)。结论:平衡针联合核心稳定性训练能抑制神经毒性损害,改善氧化应激,从而改善脑卒中患者运动功能,提高生命质量。

Objective:To explore the effects of balance acupuncture combined with core stability training on motor function of patients with stroke.Methods:A total of 112 patients with stroke dysfunction from March 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to admission number,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given balance acupuncture combined with core stability training.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The changes of quality of life,neurotoxic substances,oxidative stress and related sports ability indexes change and clinical efficacy were compared before and after treatment in the 2 groups.Results:the effective rate and total effective rate of the observation group were 44.64%and 89.28%,which were significantly higher than those of the control group(30.36%and 78.57%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the treatment plan of the observation group improved the upper limb score,lower limb score,total score and Breg scale score,Brunnstrom scale score,MRC score and energy,activity ability,self-care ability,limb function,and work of the patients with Fugl-Meyer score method(FMA)./Labor,social role score and reduction of myelin basic protein(MBP),neuron-specific enolase(NSE),serum glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP),S100B protein(S100B),serum hepcidin 25(Hepc25),reactive oxygen species(ROS),advanced oxidized protein products(AOPP),propylene glycol(MDA)all had obvious advantages(P<0.05).Conclusion:Balance acupuncture combined with core stability training can inhibit neurotoxic damage,improve oxidative stress,improve motor function and quality of life of patients with stroke.
