An Analysis of Research Hotspots and Trends in the Field of Advance Care Planning

为了解预立医疗照护计划(advance care planning,ACP)的研究热点及发展趋势,以ACP为主题检索Web of Science和PubMed数据库,从建库到2020年5月30日收录的文献,借助可视化工具对其被引作者、发文机构进行数据挖掘,并提取高频关键词进行双聚类分析。共纳入文献3552篇,被引最多的作者是Detering,被引频次为546。发文机构最多的是旧金山大学,发表文章122篇。共提取66个高频主题词,归纳出6个研究热点:生命支持治疗选择与偏好、ACP的法律问题、ACP的伦理问题、ACP沟通相关的问题、ACP的组织实施与相关人员心理状态研究和ACP的执行标准与方法策略。

To understand the research hotspots and development trends in the field of advance care planning(ACP),the authors searched the literatures collected from Web of Science and PubMed databases from the establishment to May 30,2020 with the theme of"advance care planning".Using visualization tools,data mining was carried out for cited authors and publishing institutions,and high-frequency key words were extracted for dual-cluster analysis.A total of 3552 literatures were included,and the most cited author was Detering,with 546 literatures cited.The most published institution was the University of San Francisco,with 122 articles.A total of 66 high-frequency topics were extracted,and 6 research hotspots were summarized:life support treatment choice and preference,legal issues of ACP,ethical issues of ACP,communication-related issues of ACP,the relationship between the organization and implementation of ACP and the psychological state of relevant personnel,and ACP implementation standards,methods and strategies.
