摘要
农村非公办幼儿教师是农村幼儿教师队伍的主力军,也是促进我国农村学前教育事业整体稳步前进的重要推力。然而我国农村非公办幼儿教师普遍存在工资待遇低、教育教学质量差、在职培训及职称评定机会渺茫等问题。对此,国家及相关政府部门应制定并完善相关法律政策制度,提高农村非公办幼儿教师的工资待遇,落实相应的职称评定制度,增加在职培训、评优评先的机会,以此促进其更专业的发展。
Rural non-public kindergarten teachers are the significant power of rural kindergarten teachers,and also an important booster to promote the overall steady progress of rural kindergarten education in China.However,rural non-public kindergarten teachers in China generally have problems such as low wages,poor quality of education and teaching,and poor opportunities for on-the-job training and professional title evaluation.Thus,the relevant laws and policies should be formulated by the state and relevant government departments for improving the salary of rural non-public kindergarten teachers,implementing the corresponding professional title evaluation system,and increasing the opportunities of on-the-job training and evaluation.If so,more professional developments for rural non-public kindergarten teachers will be promoted.
