新职业青年分类分化研究——基于河北省的调查

Research on the Classification and Differentiation of New Occupation Youth--Based on a Survey in Hebei Province

新职业青年的分类分化是技术进步和市场需求联合推动的结果,有其内在发展的必然性,但某些消极分化内容将不利于个人前途、行业发展及全面小康社会的建设。文章以河北省为例,通过问卷数据分析,指出目前新职业青年分类分化的基本特征,提出控制消极分化、助力新职业青年健康发展的对策建议。

The classification and differentiation of new occupation youth is the result jointly generated by tech⁃nological progress and market demand,which has its inherent development inevitability.However,some negative contents of differentiation will not be conducive to personal future,industry development and the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way.This paper,taking Hebei Province as an example,points out basic characteris⁃tics of the classification and differentiation of new occupation youth through the analysis of questionnaire data,and puts forward some countermeasures to control the negative differentiation and promote the healthy development of new occupation youth.
