新冠肺炎疫情下社区接种门诊预防接种管理策略研究

Study on Vaccination Management Strategies in Community Vaccination Clinics under the Epidemic of COVID-19

新冠肺炎(COVID-19)疫情不仅给人民财产和生命安全造成严重损失,也影响大部分社区接种门诊正常运行,降低儿童常规疫苗接种覆盖率。随着我国新冠肺炎疫情的逐步控制和社区接种管理策略的不断实施,社区接种门诊工作逐渐恢复正常。本研究总结了当前新冠肺炎疫情下社区接种门诊管理现况,分析疫情对社区接种门诊和重点人群疫苗接种的影响,结合疫情期间社区接种门诊管理经验,制定了新冠肺炎疫情常态化防控下社区接种门诊的管理策略,为今后公共卫生事件突发应急状态下社区接种门诊管理提供对策和建议。

The epidemic of the COVID-19 has not only caused serious damage to people′s property and life safety,but also affected the normal operation of most community vaccination clinics,and reduced the coverage of routine vaccination for children.With the control of COVID-19 and the implementation of community vaccination management strategies,community vaccination clinics have gradually returned to normal.This article summarized the current situation of community vaccination clinic management under the prevalence of COVID-19,analyzed the impact of the COVID-19 on community vaccination clinics and key population vaccination.Combining the management experience of community vaccination clinics during the outbreak of COVID-19,formulated the management strategies for community vaccination clinics under the normalized prevention and control of COVID-19,and provided countermeasures and suggestions for the management of community vaccination clinics in emergencies in the future.
