新高考改革中的关系主体困境分析及协同应对 被引量:4

摘要 高考既是“选人”模式的指挥棒,也是“育人”模式的指挥棒,不仅仅是一项重要的民生工程,更关乎国家和民族的未来。新高考改革与政策环境、经济环境、文化环境等密切相关,所涉及的关系主体主要包括教育行政主管部门、中学、学生和高校等。新高考改革稳步前进和成功的关键在于推动不同关系主体间的协同应对,形成合力。教育行政主管部门应加强宏观调控、做好保障,高校须发挥主体担当、引领改革,中学要积极探索、主动对接,个人应理智看待、尊重兴趣与能力。 The college entrance examination provides strong guidance in the "selecting" mode as well as the "cultivating" mode of education. It is not only an important livelihood project, but also related to the future of the nation. The new reform of college entrance examination is closely related to the policy environment, economic environment and cultural environment and the main subjects involved are the administrative departments of education, middle schools, students and universities, etc. The key to the steady progress and success of the new college entrance examination reform is to promote the coordinated responses between different relationship subjects and form a joint force. Thus, administrative departments of education should strengthen the macro-control and guarantee. Universities should play the main role and lead the reform. Middle schools should actively explore and build connections. Individuals should respect their own interests and abilities and treat the new reform rationally.
