摘要
为了实现在工业生产中工件尺寸的高效测量,以气缸套为研究对象,该文设计了气缸套内径自动测量系统,该系统以气动伸缩式位移传感器和高精度圆光栅作为主要的测量器件,基于PMAC运动控制器与运动控制原理实现了测量过程的自动化。同时,为了进一步提高在工业大批量生产中的测量效率,还引入了物料输送线系统和ABB机器人系统。经过实验验证,该系统测量精度高、速度快、自动化程度高,具有实际应用价值。
In order to achieve high-efficiency measurement of workpiece size in industrial production,an automatic cylinder liner inner diameter measurement system is designed with cylinder liners as the research object.The system uses pneumatic telescopic displacement sensors and high-precision circular gratings as the main measuring devices,based on PMAC motion controller and motion control principle realize the automation of the measurement process.At the same time,in order to further improve the measurement efficiency in industrial mass production,the material conveying line system and the ABB robot system are also introduced.After experimental verification,the system has high measurement accuracy,high speed,high degree of automation,and has practical application value.
