山区幼儿园编外教师职业幸福感的现状与提升策略

摘要 职业幸福感是教师幸福感的主要来源。在对山区幼儿园180位教师职业幸福感的调查中发现,编外教师的职业幸福感普遍低于公办教师。通过统计分析,发现编外教师幸福感低的主要原因在于“三低一大”:即自我认同感、职业认同感及薪资待遇低,工作压力大。为此,管理者从思想引领、专业提升、完善机制、保障待遇、科学调适等方面采取对策,提升编外教师职业的幸福感,从而进一步提高山区幼儿园教师队伍的整体素质。 Professional well-being is the main source of teachers happiness.In a survey of 180 teachers professional well-being in mountainous kindergartens,it is found that the professional well-being of non-public teachers is generally lower than that of public teachers.Through statistical analysis,it is found that the main reasons for the low happiness of non-public teachers are“three low and one big”,namely,self-identification,professional identity and salary pay are low,whereas the work pressure is high.Therefore,the administrators should take countermeasures from the aspects of ideological guidance,professional promotion,improvement of mechanism,guarantee of treatment,scientific adjustment to enhance the happiness of non-public teachers,so as to further improve the overall quality of kindergarten teachers in mountainous areas.
