摘要
采用十二烷基硫酸钠(K12)和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(3)磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠(MES)作为复配体系,共同乳化橘子油制备的除胶剂。试验结果表明,该清除剂pH值都在6~8之间,粘度值均在1.9~2.0 Pa·s之间,表面张力适中,能够较好的清除橡胶和树脂胶污垢。
By using sodium dodecyl sulfate(K12),fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(3)and sulfosuccinate monoester disodium(MES)as the compound system to emulsify orange oil,a degumming agent is prepared.The result shows that the pH value of the scavenger is in 6~8,the viscosity value is in 1.9~2.0 Pa·s,the surface tension is moderate,and the scavenger can remove the dirt of rubber and resin better.
