摘要
水性聚氨酯(WPU)作为一种绿色有机聚合物材料,能减少挥发性有机化合物(VOC)的释放,有望取代溶剂型聚氨酯涂料。对聚氨酯树脂进行改性可提高水性聚氨酯涂料的性能。结合近几年有关水性聚氨酯改性涂料的研究现状,重点讨论有机硅改性、丙烯酸酯改性、环氧树脂改性、纳米材料改性、有机氟改性和植物油改性水性聚氨酯。
As a green organic polymer material,waterborne polyurethane(WPU)can reduce the release of volatile organic compounds(VOC)and is expected to replace solvent-based polyurethane coatings.The properties of waterborne polyurethane coatings can be improved by modifying polyurethane resin.Combined with the research status in recent years,this paper focuses on the silicone modification,acrylate modification,epoxy resin modification,nano material modification,organic fluorine modification and vegetable oil modification of waterborne polyurethane.
