基于3D打印的车载吸尘器吸嘴逆向设计与再制造 被引量:1

摘要 针对车载吸尘器吸嘴易丢失、易损坏且难以单独购买匹配等问题,基于3D打印结合逆向设计对吸嘴进行二次开发与再制造。通过3D扫描设备对车载吸尘器吸嘴接口进行点云数据采集,用Geomagic Studio软件进行点云数据处理和吸嘴造型重构,在建模软件UG中将重构模型实体化,并导入3D打印机进行加工得到实体吸嘴。结果表明,用该方法二次开发的吸嘴满足使用性能要求,具有易设计、易加工、开发周期短等特点,能够对车载吸尘器吸嘴的再制造与结构创新起到促进作用。 Aiming at the problems that the nozzles of vehicle-mounted vacuum cleaners are easily lost,damaged,and difficult to purchase and match solely,the nozzles are redeveloped and remanufactured by reverse design based on 3D printing.Through the 3D scanning equipment,the point cloud data of the nozzle interface of the car vacuum cleaner can be collected,through the Geomagic Studio software,the point cloud data can be processed and the interface feature can be extracted.Through modeling software UG,the 3D model of the nozzle can be reconstructed according to the interface features so that the mode can be imported into a 3D printer for processing to obtain solid nozzles.The results show that secondary development of nozzles using this method meets performance requirements,and the method is easy to design and to process,and has a short development cycle,which can promote remanufacturing and the structural innovation of the vacuum cleaner nozzle.
