镀锌钢板激光切割工艺参数研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用YAG脉冲激光切割机切割1.5 mm厚镀锌钢板,运用单因素分析法,分别研究了切割速度、激光功率、离焦量对切缝宽度、挂渣厚度的影响规律,并确定了最佳工艺参数。结果表明:切割速度过大会出现切不透的现象;激光功率增大使切缝宽度增大;离焦量减小使挂渣厚度增加。单因素分析结果显示,激光切割1.5 mm厚镀锌钢板的最佳工艺参数为切割速度600 mm/min、切割功率400 W、离焦量-0.35 mm。 YAG pulse laser cutting machine is used to cut 1.5 mm thick galvanized steel sheet.The influence of cutting speed,laser power and defocusing amount on the slit width and slag thickness is studied by single factor analysis method,and the process parameters of laser cutting are determined.The results show that the phenomenon of impenetrability appears when the cutting speed is too high,the width of the cutting seam increases with the increase of laser power,and the thickness of slag hanging increases with the decrease of defocusing amount.The results of single factor analysis show that the best technological parameters of laser cutting 1.5 mm galvanized steel sheet are cutting speed of 600 mm/min,cutting power of 400 W and defocusing amount of-0.35 mm.
