高炉主卷料车行程编码器快速校正方法的研究与实施

摘要 通过对高炉主卷扬料车行程检测智能主令控制系统存在问题的研究与实施,提出一种用于高炉主卷料车行程控制编码器发生码值错误后快速校正的方法和手段,解决了当主卷料车行程控制编码器由于控制参数丢失、异常断电、机械接手松动、主卷电机钢丝绳更换、编码器更换等引起的料车行程检测错误时快速校正编码器的问题。实现了编码器的一键校正,减少了故障处理时间,提高了维护效率,为高炉的连续性生产提供有力保障,同时减低了作业人员的安全风险。 Based on the research and implementation of the problems in the intelligent master control system for blast furnace main hoisting car travel detection,a method and means for rapid correction after the code value error occurs in the blast furnace main hoisting car travel control encoder is proposed.It solves the problem of quickly correcting the encoder when the main coil material car travel control encoder is caused by the loss of control parameters,abnormal power failure,loose mechanical receiver,main coil motor wire rope replacement,encoder replacement,etc.,when the material car travel detection error occurs.The implementation of this topic has realized the one-key correction of the encoder,reduced troubleshooting time,improved maintenance efficiency,and provided a strong guarantee for the continuous production of the blast furnace,and at the same time reduced the safety risks for the operators.
