Analysis on the Technical Requirements of Tianjin Radio and TV Tower Elevator Transformation

从天津广播电视塔高耸塔类建筑的特殊性及游客的乘梯需要出发,结合我国电梯标准规范和世界先进电梯技术,分析了天津广播电视塔高速电梯改造的技术要求。天津广播电视塔2台游客电梯经过30 a的运行,受整梯老化和生产年代所限,已无法满足当今时代的需要。目前,电梯曳引机、轿厢平台、乘客应急救援系统、控制系统、变频器、安全部件、门系统、轿厢操纵盘及配套设备在设计、技术、安全、质量、节能等方面已经有了飞跃性的进步,随着全球科技水平的发展,电梯新国标的颁布和人民需求的提高,老旧电梯的现代化更新改造已成为必然趋势。

Based on the particularity of high-rise buildings of Tianjin Radio and TV Tower and the elevator needs of tourists,combined with China's Elevator Standards and world advanced elevator technology,this paper analyzes the technical requirements of Tianjin Radio and TV Tower high-speed elevator transformation.After 30 years of operation,the two tourist elevators of Tianjin Radio and television tower have been unable to meet the needs of the times due to the aging of the whole elevator and the limitation of the production age.At present,elevator traction machine,car platform,passenger emergency rescue system,control system,frequency converter,safety components,door system,car control panel and supporting equipment have made great progress in design,technology,safety,quality and energy saving.With the development of global science and technology,the promulgation of new national standards for elevators and the improvement of people's demand,the modern development of old elevators has become increasingly prominent It has become an inevitable trend to carry out modernization and renovation.
