摘要
中药提取是中药生产企业必不可少的生产工艺环节,提取工艺通常包括水提/醇提、过滤、浓缩、醇沉、收膏、真空干燥、粉碎、及乙醇回收等工序,其中大部分工序都需要使用蒸汽和热水。蒸汽所产生的尾气与冷凝水、闪蒸汽造成热能与资源大量的浪费,同时还污染了环境。有效回收利用尾气残余热能与冷凝水成为企业节约成本的重要问题。
The extraction of traditional Chinese medicine is an essential process in the production of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises.The extraction process usually includes water extraction/alcohol extraction,filtration,concentration,alcohol precipitation,paste collection,vacuum drying,crushing,ethanol recovery and other processes,most of which require the use of steam and hot water.The exhaust gas,condensed water and flash steam produced by using steam not only waste a lot of heat energy and resources,but also pollute the environment.How to effectively recycle the residual heat energy and condensate of tail gas has become an important issue for enterprises to save costs.
